Grazing Hills Alpaca Ranch
is located in Viola, Idaho, just 70 scenic miles from Coeur d'Alene,
Idaho and Spokane, Washington. Our ranch lies near the base of Moscow
Mountain among the rolling wheat fields of the Palouse. You are welcome
to visit our farm any day--just call ahead to make sure someone will be here to
show you around. Guest lodging is available to those traveling from some
distance, and we invite you to enjoy a beautiful view of grazing alpacas
over breakfast. Our animals share their
barn with guest lodging, and we sometimes notice they show a hint of envy for the better
accommodations. We also have raw fiber, rovings, batts
and yarn in a variety of natural colors available for you to touch,
exclaim over and purchase. We look forward to your Viola visit! |

We are in the midst of birthing season again and thoroughly enjoying
the miracles that God provides in our pastures. We have been
blessed with several little females, and they keep us entertained with
their cavorting and racing at a fast pace.. We see them put their
heads together in the morning as if they are deciding how best to spend
that day. We will post some colorful group photos very soon. |
